Return Policy At wrenmode, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving all items in your order. Eligibility Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date the last item in your order was delivered. Final sale or promotional items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return. Return Process Step 1: Submit a Return Request Log in to your wrenmode account, locate your order, select the items you’d like to return, and submit your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours. Step 2: Pack & Ship Your Items If your return is approved, we’ll email you detailed instructions on how and where to send your items. Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Step 3: Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. For your protection, please keep your return tracking receipt until your refund has been processed. Defective or Incorrect Items?
